Default Advice or Help Needed Please

Hiya All,
Please Pease can anyone advise us?!
Just received our medical results and x-rays this morning (5 sets) but have a dilemma!
They are all individually sealed
Are we allowed to open them before we submit them with our ITA or do NZIS expect them to remain sealed till they receive them?

The panel doctor on the day told us nothing.
We are desperate to know what the magic envelopes contain!!!
Especially as we were told nothing at the actual medical.

Thanks in advance for any replies

Hi Rob & Don,

I can not answer your question from experience but if it was me I would open them and have a look

After all, you were the ones who paid for the service and not immigration

Good Luck!!

Took the plunge and opened them!
Worried now!
Both my and OH BMI under 35 (31 & 32) but fasting lipids and fasting glucose tests were done anyway.
Cholesterol is showing 5.5 (me) & 6.5 (OH)
Will this go against us seeing as
1. Not all applicants seem to have this done (It seems to depend on the panel doctor you go to)
2. We didnt officially have to have them done because BMI didnt require it.(Under 35)

Hope this makes sense to anyone reading it!

Hi

We opened ours.

Did you use the Elms in Liverpool?

We did and they told us it was ok to open and have a look

Cheers

Hi SHAZMARK,
Yes we used the Elms. I phoned them and they said it was ok to open them!
Everything fine except for cholesterol levels although these dont seem to be mandatory blood tests, only recommended if BMI is over 35 which neither of ours was.
How did you get on there?
