the problem is english people see mediaworld and think "pcworld" its not the same in anyway, there are big bargain buckets in mediaworld full of stuff that doesn't work properly on the basis you wont...

I have found small firms in Italy mostly very good but bigger companies seem to be on another planet where customer care is non existent, for example vodafone puts up stands with girls in red tea...
