no, it was the same message from all 4 estate agents. The prices have definately risen in that road overall

not the point of view of my pals that still live there - they are all happy that their houses have gone back up in value again.
We sold ours in 2011 for GBP305k, houses in that road of a similiar...

Its more than recovered on the SE of England. Having said that I dont agree with all these crazy swings in house value... it makes it next to impossible for newbies to get on the property ladder and...

I think many sold their UK homes before coming to Canada, I know we did and I am glad we did

Doesn't it go back to the saying off "put your money in bricks and mortar", I know a few people that have walked away from houses in negative equity and been the better off for it. They looked at it...
