I don't think it's a Maine thing, seems to be the same everywhere we have lived in the US, closest thing to hanging out with the guys here, or a guys night out, could be going to the gym, sporting...

I missed that too! We ended up buying one of those hot/cold water coolers that plug in, you can usually find a 'fix' for most things....especially if you mention it on here.;)
