You know, I wouldn't call myself 'overly smart' but even I get what Bob means! There are a lot of employers in the US that know a 'foreign' worker could be using a variety of Visa's to legally work...

To go along with the suggestion of 'tailoring' your resume for each seperate employer, new expats to the US that haven't applied in the US before (not sure if it is the same in UK) And maybe even...

There have been a few members on here that have posted links to websites, I think one is called 'linkedin' or 'linkdin'? There is one called 'theladders.com' but I think that one is just for 100K...
