One of our neighbours up the road fries his turkey in a big (shop bought) fryer, he always offers other neighbours in the road the use of his oil/fryer if they want to try it, I am always tempted to...

Chestnut stuffing is the best...not everyone appreciates it though, so I usually just add chestnuts to a seperate portion when I make it.

I roasted a pound of chestnuts last night and sat watching...
