Another excellent bit of kit for dessert brews is a kelly kettle from Ireland

Bought one of the stainless versions and love it. Works well off camel dung as well

Read the distructions with the Weber, don't buy charcoal out here and instead buy the briquettes. Buy a 57 and not a 47, buy the charcoal holders for indirect cooking, remember that 27 briquettes...

They do but you will pay an extra 200 aed for the same braai at Dubai garden centre

buy a Weber either way and you will be fine. I would rather eat fried Bangla than a steak off a gas braai but each to their own
