I agree with this. I've worked with guys who have policed in smaller communities and they are not on shift 24 hours, get called at home and have to get ready first. Also, depending on where they are...

I find this too - when i used to pull people over for tailgating me in a marked police car! they were completely oblivious to what they had done, I would always get the same blank look. Mind you,...
