I couldn't get mine to work last night so I uninstalled then installed the version that is on the FB Expat Shield page and it now works....maybe try that?

I had expat shield on my old PC which ran with no problems at all. I have since bought a new PC (windows 7) and when I went onto expatshield.com, all I kept getting was that hotspot which wouldn't...

I only watch BBCi player and ITV so I haven't tried the others. Is the green shield not showing at all Jane? One of my friends downloaded it and it stayed on the yellow shield all the time.
