Creamed pearl onions were a standard at our Thanksgiving meals when I was younger...my dad made them and they were delicious! I think he might have also done the creamed peas/pearl onion combo. ...

Thanks for the details! I will look into it for next year! I also love Yosemite...I've only been there once, but loved it, and am anxious to take hubby there!

How far in advance did you have to book the trip to Yosemite? I'd love to think about doing that next year! How was the weather? Was it crowded or not?

My husband, who is from the Middle East, doesn't like any of the traditional Thanksgiving food. He doesn't care for turkey, he doesn't like mashed potatoes, stuffing he can live without, he doesn't...
