British houses typically have few if any closets, and appliances are much less likely to be included with a house sale. Otherwise, I say buyers are as likely to examine a house very closely as here...

The fridge typically stays with the house, so buyers have a legitimate interest in the condition and appearance of the fridge.

People can be very picky about pet odours, so get the carpets steam cleaned (I have found "Steamway" franchises to do a better job than the better known "Stanley Steamer" franchises), and banish the...
