There are a few exceptions though, otherwise we're all lumped in to the nutcracker driver. I find hand signals most effective when one restricts the number of digits used.

Used to work with a guy that was a complete psycho (he did not last long as a pilot!), thought the whole world was crazy and he was the only sane one around.

Conversly the best Dr and dentist we have had are both Canadian and the worst Dr we had here was English. Nationality has nothing to do with it. There are good and not so good Doctors everywhere.
