Re: Covid 19 Travel/Immigration to USA - please check here and ask questions

Having the right data matters but there is no disputing how disruptive the last few months have been (non-immigrants and citizens alike). Just based on my own situation. Here for 10 years, paid...

Re: New E-3 Visa: Change of Employer

The way it was explained to me was her status is tied to mine. As long as my status is valid (even if that is with the new employer) she will be fine.
Now there is some technicality which I am not...

Just so you...

Re: New E-3 Visa: Change of Employer

I know for sure that if she stays in the U.S. she is in status even if I change employers by going to Mexico. That bit is clear to me.
What isn't clear is what happens if she stays, I get a change...

Re: Re-entering USA through Mexico

I was never going to get her to travel with me. But the attorneys said I would be OK. I am just going to go myself and apply after I get my I94 extended.

If this helps...

I am here on E3 visa. I filed as married filing jointly (my wife does not work and I have a son). I claim "3" deductions/allowances on both my Federal and CA state returns.

Re: E-3 Visa for Australians Thread- It's all in here
