Visa Term Compliance Bond

Hey Everyone-

Anyone ever heard of a "Visa Term Compliance Bond" ?

I've done some reading online, but wondered what, if any, practical use it has for visitor's visas.

I was informed Wednesday that my dad passed on. I am sure I will be awarded legal guardianship of my brother now; or full custody, I'm not sure which is which....
