our A levels here cqn be finished by the time were 18. But no i have no A levels, but i am currently completing an accountant course.

thanks for the reply Mandy, so if the employer wanted to employ me permantely and they wanted to go through the proper process, that would not guarantee me PR? This is all so confusing :(
