If you feel that your application is taking longer then normal time then maybe requesting CAIPS would be good thing. If the application is refused and then you definitely need it to appeal your case....

Thanks. So for my case (sponsoring just the wife and no one else in this application) the fee structure would be as below?

Permanent Residence
Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00

Here's the screen of what I see when I go to online pay fee site.
On previous screen I selected Mississauga office.

1) Can I pay the application fees online here in Canada?
2) If no to 1) then how can I obtain 5401...
