Hi I got mine on a 457 temp sponser visa which last 2 years but you can apply for PR after being here 3 months but you have to carry on working for the Health service for 2 years which is not a bad...

i came on the 457 visa wish did not i know it take longer but a lot beter to get PR before coming.
But the above right after 3 months you can apply for PR and get all family members on it. this...
