In the same company but in different offices we had 2 guys - one called Dick Locke, the other was called Willie Clamp.

Lots of schoolboy giggling - when somebody came in and asked to see Willie...

We were on holiday in Playa Blanca Lanzarote, had not watched the TV in our villa at all while we were there but for some reason we decided to switch on the box and saw it all unfolding.

My wife got a letter from HSBC today with saying the same thing. Then spent 1 hour on the phone to the Indian call centre , after getting cut off 3 times by them she finally managed to get her card...
