Not sure how it is in PA but I just did my test in TX which only qualifies me for the car (class C) I now need to get an M endorcement to get a bike licence. I do this by test or by approved class...

I do exactly that with Barclaycard. I had the card in the UK and have simply issued a change of address. It is a UK card not an US card. I pay any bill online with Barclays online.

Be careful - if you enter on a visa waiver you will only have 90 days - soon to be reduced to 30 days if the INS changes go through.

A Visa Waiver is just that: ie no Visa, so you will not have...
