received L1B 6/17/2020.
L1B extension 2020.
GC PERM PWD submitted 3/2021.
PWD rec 8/2021.
Labor market test completed 3/2022.
Perm filed 4/2022....

she is only a trustee, her mother is the only other person in the trust, the trust can only have been around a few month since passing and there have been no distributions.

My wifes father just passed in the UK, they are about to close / wind up the probate and appoint all funds to her living mother.

for the OP's info, a few more steps down the line, now waiting an RFE for medical & anything other RFE potential, we did not have a medical history on file which meant getting jabbed, cvs was free...

yes that is correct, I did not have control, it was at their pace, I was able to discuss with my boss and he was supportive, they are just slow to react.

received L1B 6/17.

I have some input for you, with an addition in information in that I converted to L1A during this current GC process as my L1B expired, however, the attorneys continued with the underlying green card...

i should add, he was under 2 at the time of flying - therefore , it was either a car seat or child on lap ruling, and we did not want to have 22Lbs overnight on laps.
