On Friday my wife got her Work Permit and she applied for her Advance Parolle.
The whole thing took less than three hours in Indianapolis.
She came here on a K-1 Visa and we got married in July....

Fiancee arrived here. POE Chicago.

On May 8 my fiancee arrived in the US from Romania. Her POE was Chicago and she was surprised at how easy the entry was. She had no troubles getting in.

K-1 Update

Here's our timeline so far:
Oct. 24, '02 - 1-st NOA NSC
Mar. 11, '03 - 2-nd NOA (Web Site)
Mar. 31, '03 - NVC notice indicating approval will be sent to consulate (Bucharest) within a week....

That is your 1-st NOA also known as Notice of Action.
By the time this process is over you will have memorised that number and will know it better than your SSN, unless you are going through VSC....

You do not need to show evidence of your own money if your fiance's income is at 125% of the poverty level. The I-134 and supporting documentation your fiance sent to you is enough.

You are correct. You do not need AP to leave the country but you will need it when returning and I don't think you can get it after you left.

On Monday, Mar. 10, I called NSC and was told the case has not been assigned yet but it is on its way to being assigned to a case officer.
The petition was approved on Tue., Mar....
