I mailed in my husband's I-751 around June 20th (I'm 9mo preg and can't remember the exact date I dropped it in the mailbox).
I (stupidly) didn't send it registered.
The check has not been cashed...

Thank you for the review! We are about at the same point as you (only filed I-130 2 weeks after you did) so this makes us feel a little better. We're just waiting on Packet 4 now.

For reference...

Packet 3 arrived on Thursday...Approximately 2 weeks after receiving the I-130 Approval notice on a DCF Immigration Visa process.

I did exactly what the RFE asked for. I received a letter from the Embassy asking for three "sworn affidavits" from third parties. I took the letter from the Embassy to a Notary/Solicitor and asked...

Trust me, I had no intention on spending the money on the "sworn affidavits". I even TOLD the guy I just needed him to Notarize the stupid docs. But because the letter from the Embassy said "SWORN"...

Okay, I managed to find a few templates and wrote up the letters they were asking for. Of course, because the letter says "sworn affidavits" the solicitor we went to charged us 75 quid for us to hold...

See, the checklist that I got off the US Embassy site (http://www.usembassy.org.uk/dhs/forms/i130-checklist_for_spouse.pdf) says
and nowhere on the checklist does it say evidence of a bonafide...
