I live in the Algarve, and LOVE my curries..so husband and myself try out all the local indian restaurants. There are too many, of not to good a standard and none of them seem to make any money. ...

No, I just go straight to the Financias Office (their tax office) and pay. Bring the bill and your debit card/or cash with you. They have ATM machines at their office, and you get a receipt right...
