I agree with Jeeper. Victorian houses are quite expensive in the uk and very well built and built to last.. They are not decreasing in price because of their age. Thats just not true.

You are the only person to have said this..EVERYBODY has advised me NOT to buy. I have even been told by developers and reputable agents that the building only last for 30 years with nothing...

Terrible..I dont think i would ever want to go up to the top deck of that tower especially as I was told it sways at the top. Seems like a safety risk building something that high

Hi

Thanks for all the feedback. Looks like London is a better investment and it will be holidays in hotel apartments until things in Dubai get better again...hopefully.

No I havent bought yet. Put some offers in for the Greens but then told after probing that property doesnt last that long so I thought a villa in the springs would be a better option. Its freehold...

I have been told by a developer and agent that buildings dont last for more than 35-50 years in the UAE. The building will have to be knocked down and rebuilt. If thats the case does anyone...
