I still find it hard to believe that it could be so easy, especially when it'a a WA state marriage ... but it says so long as it's a recognised marriage in the UK that it's doable. Amazeballs!:eek:

I can certainly see why it would be easier for him to just turn up to court on the 19th and have a judge sign the divorce off ... but I don't have any faith that he will do that ... and...

AND our lawyer was so kind as to give us the wrong affidavit of support too, so at first we actually sent off the one for the K1 ... then they lost the good one. Oh dear! Bad luck oh well.

Haha well we sent off all our stuff yonks ago but unluckily for us the gov lost out affidavit of support, so they sent back all the docs shuffled, but because they'd lost the W2 ect we had to get a...
