Once you travel a few hours outside a capital city land is dirt cheap , they are almost giving it away.

If you don't want crime don't live in a big city, live in the country, maybe an hour or two outside a city, much better lifestyle much less crime.

Why move to one of those big cities at all, theres are be plenty of great places to live an hour or two outside a city on the coast that have plenty of jobs for teachers or a smaller regional city,...

Why does every Pom think Perth and Brisabane are the only two places in OZ. THeres about a million other places in VIC, NSW, SA and TAS that are just as good or better to live in.

With a few acres of land in Ballarat or anywhere in VIctoria you should'nt have any shortage of water as you have enough space for two or three really big water tanks , collect all the water in...
