We've asked the advice of his company lawyer and they have said that it is a straight forward application and we shouldn't need their professional help - they will offer free advice if we need it...

I found the same stuff following a google search tool but am still struggling to find out who to send the forms too, costs etc.

It took my fiance about 2 months for his L1 to be processed - his company's attorney handled pretty much everything so it was stress free. I hope my L2 goes through as quickly!
