Yeah i you have got a CO then there is no point in submitting state sponsorship. It is better to stick with 175 as it offers greater freedom.

You can just wait and sit for the CO. They will send the form directly to them. However, if you dont get the CO in the current alloted time, then you just raise a PLE after the elapsed time given by...

They need to see the passport in original. That is the GuideLine for them. DIAC never checks with them if they saw the passport or not. They have to Inform the same to DIAC, In fact they are not...

Me and my wife got the PR. During the time of filling the application I was asked will the secondary applicant will travel along with you? I marked yes there.

The status changed to Application being processed further and CO asked for Medical and PCC.

There is a 2 year rule for all SS. It is mentioned in the DIAC web site. But it is a moral obligation than legal enforcement.
It takes around 2 months or less to get the SS results.

It depends, once you apply for SS then you are "supposed" to get 176 only. As i was expecting to get 176 but somehow i got 175 may be because i had 120+ points or any other reason why DIAC gives 175....

You need to check the website for VIC SS as i am not aware of their procedure. But you fill a form provide them evidence what all that state wants and sent it( something like ACS again) and wait for...

You need to check DIAC site 176, which says it is 2 years. and then decide which state you want to go, check its respective site and see the limitations and benefits.

The 2 year is a moral...

There is no restriction to work anywhere in NSW, outside this state you can not work if you get 176. So if you get NSW sposnosrhip you can work in sydney and not in Melbourne and Brisbane as they...
