ie:
1)DS-156
2)DS-230 (Make sure you have the latest version else u will have to fill...

My Wife went to Mumbai and picked up and submitted packet 3 and it did not have the DS-2001 .. does she need to Submit the DS-2001. What did you do ? Please let me know.
