42-48 months is what was on the web when we applied and if we look back at the posts of people getting their visa and talking about the real processing times, some suggest it wasn't...

It's tricky, we've even stayed out of the housing market since we considered the trouble we may have selling up and the the fact 4odd years wouldn't have really gained us anything but debt.
