Council Tax payments for the year are due and should be paid in the 3rd Quarter – July 1st to September 29th.
On September 30th a 20% fine is added and thereafter interest incurred.

During a recent visit to Ayamonte there was a lot of discussion concerning substantial debts in communities on Costa Esuri. It is believed one community of apartments is already bankrupt.

You are correct, it is an insult. ADA and Fadesa have been insulting owners on CE since the first communities were established between Fadesa and AEA; when Fadesa were 100% owners.

ADA are being paid by you and your community to speak to Fadesa, and other non payers, regarding payment. There are other communities on CE with different administration companies who have regular...
