i think u should get lawyer to clear it from your histroy as you said it was dropped and can be cleared so do it.

2, you :)

A) Immunization record for following shots/doses: DT/DTP, Td, Polio, MMR, Hib, Hep B, Hep A,...

yes you can, you have to fill EAD form and attach I-94 Copy Plus I-485 Recipt copy. give the fee which is 120 $ and you will get the EAD, getting a lawyer is good but you can do it without a lawyer
