Embassy Interview and Medical : what to expect?

Embassy Interview and Medical : what to expect?
I am expecting a date for an embassy interview and medical at some point, and I have no idea what to expect. Is it just to check all your paperwork or will they ask awkward questions? Not that I have anything to hide, but it does make me a little nervous as I hate being put on the spot. What about the medical. Apart from check your jabs, what else do they do? Do you get your packet (brown envelope) on the same day?

there will be papers included in the letter of your invitation for the
embassy interview.
read those papers carfully, everything relating to the medical check is
mentioned there.
worst things will be, it costs a lot and you cannot choose any docter you
want.

See http://web.ukonline.co.uk/jm.johnson/i130nf.htm. Even though this is a
family-based consular immigrant visa processing case, your employment-based
case will be almost the same, for the interview day. This includes a very
breezy quick interview, with only a brief reference to your work, if any at
all. All the difficult paperwork has been done, and there is not much point
talking about it!
Dr. Phelan does all the medical exams. Depending on the first letter of
your last name, you either have the medical exam first thing in the morning,
and then go to the Embassy, or you go to the Embassy first and then to the
medical exam.

they will check two things
1, your papers
2, you
In your papers they will check following things
A) Immunization record for following shots/doses: DT/DTP, Td, Polio, MMR, Hib, Hep B, Hep A, Varicella, Pneumoccal, influenza
B) TB Skin test report , may be chest X-ray
C) Syphillis test
d) HIV
And you:
you have to get a physical checkup in which they have to see your whole body check your chest, back, stomach, penis and testicals
