oh sorry..... when we started ours in May 2007 hubby had to have ILR.

Well London was not accepting people without 2 years residency.

His wife has to have Indefinite Leave to Remain... before they can file????? I think I am correct.... that would mean they can't file until September 2008 after she gets it.
