Question What "Tax return" forms to send to embassy

Hi, My parents' cases are still pending and they have asked me to send the updated tax returns. My tax return is 34 pages, should I include all (schedules, etc.) or a 1040 alone is enough?

But anyway we need to file AR-11 and also mention the change of address to the officer, right? Then the officer may not agree for her to come back to TX for the oath.

Yes, SHE is going to apply for naturalization. I will read "5 years" as "3 years" on the forms.

No it is not DS-3025. It is an international vaccination record which has the dates of each vaccine with stamp. Do you mean I should have DS-3025 sent?
