We do have kids but they are 34 and 33 so elementary schools here aren't an issue! However, we feel we have an excellent feel for the area and would be happy to give one to one advice.

Hi and congratulations! Just seen your post. We have lived in Courtenay for exactly three years this weekend. A truly wonderful place in so many respects.
