hi tracie, its down to the individual company about the customs thing... but if you go with a door to door service through a worldwide mover like what we did they can normally cover that for you, we...

anglo pacific do a door to door excess baggage service, absolutely blinding and they even sort out customs for you... and a free months storage while you get them an address in canada to send it to

plus if you go for there door to door service, they sort out the customs malarky for you... we did not even have to make a call.... www.anglopacific.co.uk

we used anglo pacific when we came from nottingham to vancouver in september, they were absolutely superb and used a great company this end.... the most amazing part was we could track it online,...
