Not sure what is I-129. They applied for I-539 to extend the status. We did submit lca at that time for another 2 years. Thru which I got my status extended until May 2016.

E3only, I am in the same boat as you. You have to make separate citizenship applications for your spouse and your US born child.

You cannot put them on same application as they both are different...

If you are a "permanent" resident and spouse of Australian Citizen and living together then you can apply for Australian Citizenship from overseas.
