a HNC is not a diploma (which would be a HND) or a degree, but is still a higher level qualification

in my previous post i said

"I have a one year computer programming higher level and hardware installation qualification from college."

as in a HNC in software engineering.

how do you rekon that would go then? or example i do get a job offer from a canadian employer and end up working there, but when it comes to submitting to a PNP for PR would...

seems a bit crapy though every employer ive spoken too either here or in canada demands that i hold numerous amouts of these courses even to be concidred for a job...

I was'nt sure if that was legal!, im guessing it may be difficult because im a foreign national to find work but i figure i can give it a go for a couple of months and see how it goes!
