The only expiration date is 5 years after the issuance date. My question was on regarding the time allowed between the issuance and the first entry to US.

From the date a B2 visitor visa is issued, how long does one have enter the US? Is it 3 months? I think it is 6 months?

It is a multiple entry visa, with no annotation.

Except in my case I'll be leaving Germany (EU) and arriving in UK (non-EU state?), and I'll need to go thru Heathrow immigration and get my passport stamped for arrival, unlike freely crossing state...

I guess the case is not yet outside the normal I-485 processing window, so should wait for a couple more weeks?

I presume an infopass appointment anytime can't hurt anything?

If the application does get approved, does the USCIS send a brand new new I-94 with the new date which is usually "D/S" (= Duration of Status) i.e. until the I-20 is valid?...
