I own a bach 30 minutes from our home .
We can only stay there for 8 months of the year, this includes renting it out.

Our bach is on leased land. No dogs allowed either so Def check out...

Yea, I follow Mooloolaba on IG and the temps looking great, going to be about 18/19 next week according to predictions, we shall see.

We were in Palm beach so right at the water which helped a lot.
Been watching the Mooloolaba web cams with my daughter, so jealous of all the people on the beach sunbathing, we are freezing here...

Yes, I have discovered that, bit of a bummer but then right now I chose not to work and do not claim anything as it is our choice (also due to Garys work and not having a family support system here)...

Thanks for that, I have an interview with Mooloolaba, they were the first to reply and seemed nice (Though it is hard to judge tone sometimes on line)

We came here on a WTR visa to start with and had to wait for so many days of that after our 5yr mark. We got here Dec 9th but could not apply until January some point just after...

Well that is my flights and hotel booked. We arrive on July 10th for 7 nights and we staying at the Coco Mooloolaba.
