Sorry about two usernames. Both me amd my wife used this forum when we were waiting for our PR application with different usernames and they are saved on different computers.

I read on some other forum that they are processing medicals on weekends also and currently they are processing medicals recieved after 2nd August for permanent visas. Thanks

Hi guys,

My CO was assigned on 6th August. He asked for extra employment evidence which was provided within 2 days. Medical and PCC was already front loaded in May and LCU has already processed...

I think student visa is never a safe route to PR and I have seen a lot of people spend thousands of dollar only to discover in the end that DIMIA changed something and their course of study is...

This is a wonderful reply and clarifies most of my doubts. I will now try to re-tract my credit exemptions and if I take 2 more courses in summer semester, I should be safe.

We contacted DIAC yesterday and apparently its a system glitch which is preventing people from applying online.

I had to put in atleast 6-7 hours today to fill out the paper form, make...

I am a Dec'06 applicant and I was assigned CO around 2 months ago. I had front loaded everything and he didn't ask for anything.

I am in Australia already and my visa expires at the end of...
