I was advised to put my young daughter through the I-130 by the Scottish Embassy as it is alot quicker and alot less expensive. As i too were thinking of using this process of grandfather....

My filing date was the 4th April, received NOA2, through post on 28th July, (Approval Letter) You should have heard something by now or maybe this week.

Well tried Citi bank, very helpful over phone gave me a U.S no. to call, phoned and told that i could'nt as i'm not in the states, he suggested applying online, which i did of course. But still no...

Just to let yous' know i did phone them and it was very pricey,lol
This is what they said, that it is possible to have the medical in scotland by an appointed doctor as long as i put a letter in...
