this is v useful thanks. Is the 2001 plan on a sound footing or is that under the threat of being scrapped? If one is to purchase in goa, is it a wise move to check under what plan the development...

dragonblue thanks for this info, I have to admit I do love this development, I have looked at quite a few. I have also been told that the development falls in the 2001 plan and hence the development...

thanks Remy for Highlighting the potential pitfalls. As a PIO the buying process, from reading postings here, may be compliant with Indian ownership laws.
