Is it truly "not available" - or just "not recommended"? I think you'll find that it is available, but you have to pay for it. I'm sure the logic is that there aren't going to be too many women...

American residents do still have the exemptions open to them though. I feel sorry for those people emigrating to the US - having to get all these vaccines to even get there.

They are planning on extending the vaccine to boys - allegedly to try and reduce the amount of oral and throat cancers, which are also being linked to HPV...

Define "mild". I don't think I would classify an allergy as a "mild" reaction, given that it may well be lifelong... And a rash may be syptomatic of an allergy.

Going back to the original topic, there seems to be a general shortage of toilets in Australia, never mind just in cafes and restaurants. There are usually quite a good supply in larger shopping...
