I read through the fine detail of the clause. It basically allows us to leave the agreement whenever we want, as long as we let them know. But it does read to me that there MAY be costs associated...

Yea this contract is for 6 months. It is the AREA - Alberta real estate association Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement.

It seems we can break the contract if we want at any point - its just there...
