I've forgot, I think you the cheque for ASPC can be drawn against a foreign bank in AUD, provided the bank has representation/branch in Australia.

Amex stands for American Express Bank....

Yes,

provided you get turist/ETA/other visa for your trip. You must inform AU Embassy about your ongoing PR application, and ASPC about your temp. visa and your travel schedule.

No - they are of different classes. 136 is class BN; 138 Australian Sponsored is is class BQ.

Remove "NOTICE TO RECIPIENT" privacy statement - no use of it on newsgroup.

I guess it's just what we estimate from people's report. Otherwise all old applications should get at least some request for additional docs before ASPC moves on for later ones.
