No, it doesn't work that way, only the other: OZ permanent resident (holder of valid and OZ PR validated visa) gets NZ residency permit on arrival.

I've forgot, I think you the cheque for ASPC can be drawn against a foreign bank in AUD, provided the bank has representation/branch in Australia.

Amex stands for American Express Bank....

No - they are of different classes. 136 is class BN; 138 Australian Sponsored is is class BQ.

Remove "NOTICE TO RECIPIENT" privacy statement - no use of it on newsgroup.
