Hi,

I agree with Charlie5. We received ack via email and did not use an agent.

The request for medicals etc. only came when we were allocated a CO - over 14 months from ack, which was about 10...

We put our house on the market about 6 weeks ago, and yes, we would have done it last year if we had known what was going to happen with the housing market.
