Hi Moe,
In person stamping option varies from case to case.
Generally it takes to 2 to 4 weeks it seems if you send it by courier. SInce I dont want to send the passport by courier I did it...

Hi,
We recd our passport request dated March 11, 2003 on March 13, 2003. We were given the option to get the passport stamped in person, and got that done on March 19, 2003.
