Has anyone any idea for timelines after sending medicals to london.

My experience:

Dont know how much things have changed in recent months, but I sent my medicals into the London office (including the landing fee) at the beginning of August 2000, and received my landing papers September 1, 2000. (a date I shall never forget!). So I guess it was about three weeks.

I did my medicals on Dec 23rd 2002. The reports went out of the doctors office on Jan 8th. Expecting passport request?

We did our medicals on Dec 10th 2002. The medical reports sent to London CHC 19th Dec 2003 and received by London 23rd Dec 2002. Request for landing fee received and paid Jan 2003. Expecting passport request April ?

Sent all final documents with payment to NY Consulate in December 2002, but still no word. Exactly which consulates are you folks dealing with? Please be very specific so we can see if there is a pattern.

Hi we applied through the London CHC in october 2001 interview december 2002 and medical in January. Hope this helps.

Hi,
I just got my interview waved off letter.
And got request for medicals.
Can u pls tell me that the proof of settlement funds I need to show along with medical or after medical.
And once u get notice for medical, does it mean that the visa is guaranted(i mean assuming all goes well in medical and security check) or stilll there are chances of refusal.

Hi you dont have to show the mecical examiner your proof of settlement funds in the uk you dont anyway. It dosnt mean your visa is guaranteed, as long as you are fit and healthy you should be fine. so good luck and i hope you get your visas soon. We have just got ours 3 weeks after the medical.

We had to have 20,000 dollars in a Canadian bank account.
There is no guarentee that you will get your visa.
